By accessing or using mBotopoly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by mBotopoly and is intended for users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Description of Service
mBotopoly provides automated trading tools for prediction markets on Polymarket. The Service includes a trading bot, dashboard, and related infrastructure. The Service is non-custodial — we do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. mBotopoly does not provide financial advice, and the use of automated trading tools does not eliminate the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payment
Access to the Service requires a one-time payment of $100 USDC.e on the Polygon network. This payment grants lifetime access to the Service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
6. Referral Program
Users may earn referral rewards of $50 USDC.e for each new user who purchases access through their referral link. mBotopoly reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals or fraudulent referrals, may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of access.
7. Limitation of Liability
mBotopoly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, system downtime, or technical issues that may affect your trading outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology associated with the Service are the intellectual property of mBotopoly. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email.
